As a reseller, is there a trial period for my end customers?

The current month in which you create your own instance is free of charge. If you create the instance at the beginning of the month, you can test it for up to 30 days. After the trial period ends, the instance automatically transitions to a production instance at the beginning of the next month and will be billed. The trial period cannot be extended. If you do not wish to transition to the production instance, you must export all data stored in it before the trial period ends, as the data will be deleted afterward.
