Is it possible to delete a customer and their EL mailarchive instance?

Yes, this is possible at any time. To do this, open the relevant end customer’s instance in the Control Panel and click on the ‘Edit’ button in the top right-hand corner. 

Once the instance is deleted, all data will be permanently deleted. Before carrying out this step, please download any data or information you wish to retain via the EL mailarchive Client.
