A new EL
MailArchive instance is always created via the end customer detail view in
the Control Panel.
You must
therefore first create the customer or select an existing one.
After
selecting a customer in the first step, you can define the sales price. The
sales price specifies the license fee per user archive. This can also be
changed at any time afterward.
You can
then create the new hosted instance by clicking “CREATE EL MAILARCHIVE
INSTANCE.”

When
creating an EL mailarchive instance, the following form is displayed for the
partner:
Alias: The
internal name of the instance for easier navigation within the list of existing
instances
Send login
credentials via email: If this feature is enabled, the instance’s login
credentials will also be sent to the specified email address.
Country:
The country where the instance is hosted.
When you
click the “Create” button, the instance is generated as specified and starts
immediately. Once the process is complete, the instance’s login credentials are
displayed once in a pop-up window. Generally, every new instance is created as
a trial instance, which can be used free of charge for up to 30 days.
Note: The
process for a dedicated instance (NFR) is the same. You must first set up your
company as a customer. Please let us know as soon as this has been done. Thank
you.
