Do I need to take care of data backups for the EL mailarchive instance and the archives?
No, this is handled by the platform operator (ELOVADE and its partners). You can find detailed information on this in the SLAs within the service specification. To do so, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner of the Control Panel and open the ‘Legal’ menu.
