What happens when a contract is terminated? Can the EL mailarchive data be exported?

Licences may be cancelled with four weeks’ notice to the end of the month. Cancellation may be made in writing or carried out via the EL Control Panel itself.  

The instance, together with the data, will be deleted.  

Generally speaking, the instance ‘belongs’ to the customer – that is how we see it. The partner is granted admin access to the instance via the EL mailarchive client or Web Access and can export the emails to .PST or .EML format for the end customer beforehand. Your customer can, of course, also initiate this themselves via the EL mailarchive client.
