If a user loses access to two-factor authentication, both ELOVADE Support and you, as the reseller, can disable 2FA for that user. This process deletes the existing recovery codes and the private key.
To do this, go to "Users", select the affected user, and open their settings. In the Two-Factor Authentication section, you can disable 2FA for the user. You will be prompted to confirm the action by entering your Control Panel password (the user you're currently signed in with).
The EL Control Panel makes working with Elovade's cloud products a breeze. You can manage all customers and services from a single interface and make changes in just a few simple steps. Comprehensive reports and statistics also give you a quick overview of storage utilization and revenue.
